Engagement mapping is key to working effectively with stakeholders, especially in the public sector. But post-its and clunky spreadsheets can be frustrating.
Stakehouse is a simple digital tool for easy engagement mapping. It’s free; open source; and intended to help make practitioners’ lives a little bit easier.

What Stakehouse is...
Stakehouse is a simple, extremely no-frills solution for getting useful information into and out of stakeholder engagement maps. We built it as part of our Trinsic Labs 'Move Fast and Make Things' programme.
Stakehouse is free and open source software, meaning you’re welcome to use it and modify it how you like within the license agreement. Find out more about open source software, or visit the Github repository.

...and isn't
Stakehouse isn’t a fully fledged stakeholder management suite, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, or an advanced visualisation tool. Those things are all done much better by other products. We wanted to make something simple and immediately useful.
If you have questions, thoughts or find other uses for Stakehouse, we’d love to hear from you.
